Clear Choice Medical ("Clear Choice Medical", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to ccmeddeals.com and any related services we provide.

Information you provide
- Contact info: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address
- Account info: email and password (passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text)
- Payment info: card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. Card details and PayPal account details are never stored on our servers — we keep only a transaction ID and, for card payments, the card brand and last 4 digits
- Order history and communications you send to our team
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser info (type, OS, IP address, language)
- Site usage data (pages visited, search queries, timestamps)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies — see Section 5 below
2. How we use information
- To fulfill orders, process payments, and arrange shipping
- To communicate about your order, account, or customer support inquiries
- To send marketing emails (only if you've opted in)

3. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

4. Data retention
We retain order and sales records indefinitely to meet tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Marketing emails are retained until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of non-required data — see Section 6.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and analyze site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (cart, checkout) won't work without them. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your choices & rights
- Access & correction — view and update your account info at any time in your account
- Marketing opt-out — every promotional email has an unsubscribe link, or update preferences in your account
- Deletion — email info@ccmeddeals.com and we'll delete data not required for legal compliance
- California / EU residents — you have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR; contact us to exercise them
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage and restricted access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe. If a breach affects your data, we'll notify you as required by applicable law.
8. Used equipment & patient data
We buy and resell used medical equipment. When equipment we acquire may contain residual patient or device data, we wipe and destroy all such data before listing or resale. We do not retain copies or keep any records of patient data found on acquired equipment.
9. Children
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
