1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing ccmeddeals.com (the "Site") and placing an order, you ("Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the Site.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make purchases on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We attempt to maintain accurate pricing, but in the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order placement, either by major debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), processed by Stripe, or through PayPal. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order total to your selected payment method.
5. Equipment condition & intended use
Items are sold as New or Used. Used equipment is sold as-is with disclosure of known issues. Buyer is responsible for verifying the equipment is appropriate for their intended clinical use and is properly registered with applicable regulatory bodies (FDA, state, facility).
6. Warranty & returns
Warranty terms and the returns policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery by the carrier. Buyer is responsible for inspecting all shipments and reporting damage within 48 hours of delivery for a damage claim to be honored.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, software — is the property of Clear Choice Medical or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Choice Medical's total liability arising from or related to any product or transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by Buyer for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Clear Choice Medical, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your use of any equipment purchased from us, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
