Shipping

Clear Choice Medical offers free domestic shipping within the United States on all orders. Every shipment includes tracking so you can follow your order from our facility to your door.

International shipping

We ship worldwide for a $70 flat rate per order via tracked courier. Select your destination country at checkout and the international rate is applied automatically — no US sales tax is charged on international orders.

Customs, duties & import responsibility. As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for all customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any regulatory, licensing, or import-compliance requirements for medical equipment in the destination country. Delivery timelines depend on customs clearance and are not guaranteed. International orders cannot be returned once exported.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track at any time from your account.

Damaged shipments

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting all shipments and reporting damage within 48 hours of delivery for a damage claim to be honored. To report damage, email info@ccmeddeals.com or call (727) 482-5016.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
