What condition does the equipment need to be in?
We buy across the condition spectrum — new and unused as well as used but functional. The price reflects the condition. Items that are bent, broken beyond repair, or contaminated may be declined — we'll always tell you upfront.
Do I need to sterilize or decontaminate before shipping?
Yes. All instruments must be cleaned and decontaminated per your facility's standard protocol before they leave your dock.
Who pays for removal?

Will my facility be identified anywhere?
No. Provenance is confidential. We don't list previous owners on product pages or share seller information with buyers.
What if I'm closing or downsizing a facility?
We buy from a single instrument up to an entire facility's surplus. Select “Complete facility liquidation” as the item count in the form, or say so in your description.
