About this product
Karl Storz built this five-piece set to create a neovagina in a laparoscopically assisted operation. The traction device, 26188 SA, does the work from outside the abdomen. It pulls a vaginal dilator through a tensioning thread, tightened a little more each day. An outer sheath, two thread guides and a segmented dilator fill out the set.
