This McCarthy working element, model EMWE, is used with the Gyrus ACMI USA Elite System. It is a component of a rigid endoscope assembly that guides an electrode into the endoscope. The collar is marked USA. The handle has a white ring grip, a black finger grip and a coil spring on the lower rod.
