Two ACMI USA Elite System resectoscope parts make up this pair: the EMRS-28 standard metal sheath and the EVOR-28 standard flow visual obturator. Both are sized 28 Fr (9.3 mm). The assembled hub is marked Circon ACMI and has a side port.
