Aesculap's MF066R is a Meyerding self-retaining retractor, a ring-handled instrument that holds the edges of an incision apart. Each blade is 25 mm wide and 51 mm deep. Overall length is 165 mm (6-1/2 in). The blade tips are toothed. A ratchet bar runs between the handles, and one handle carries a lever. The handles are marked AESCULAP MF066R and Stainless Germany.
