Cutting sutures is the job of this Arthrex mini suture cutter, a hand instrument on a straight 3.4 mm shaft. Two offset finger rings form the handle, with a leaf spring at the joint and a finger rest below the lower ring. AR-13255 is engraved on the handle body, with the serial number 11073768 on the ring shank.
