This double-channel cystoscope deflector is ACMI model E152, an Albarran deflecting bridge in the USA Elite system. Its UDI record from Gyrus ACMI gives the size as 23-25 Fr (7.7-8.3 mm). Two knurled thumbwheels sit on stems banded yellow and green. Two angled channel ports branch off the body. The rear hub carries a purple band and is marked E152.
