This Endoplus laparoscopic grasper has atraumatic jaws on a 5 mm shaft that rotates. Endoplus lists insert 5333 as a 5 mm atraumatic grasper insert of standard length. The steel handle is marked ENDOPLUS, 5R and MADE IN USA. Its UDI record describes a modular steel handle with rotation and no ratchet.
