Globus Medical built this C-frame tool, marked 651.101, to assemble a 20 mm CORE spinal implant. A trapezoidal-thread screw crosses the frame, with a hex nut at one end and a stepped pusher tip at the other. Turning the nut drives that tip onto a boss on the short arm.
