About this product
Rod reducers like this one seat an implantable spinal rod down into the saddle of an implant. This one is Globus Medical's top-loading ratcheting version for the ELLIPSE occipito-cervico-thoracic spinal system, engraved 682.399 on the shank. The pistol grip runs on a ratchet bar with a thumb release, and the distal tube ends in two slotted prongs.
