About this product
Gyrus ACMI makes this ETA-L, a locking Ellik/Toomey adapter in its USA Elite System and USA Series. Its UDI record lists it under the GMDN term Resectoscope, a rigid endoscope used for electrosurgical tissue removal. GYRUS ACMI is engraved on the collar and ETA-L on the barrel. The collar also carries two short tabs and a round fitting with a red dot.
