Karl Storz makes the 8588LP, a suction tube for removing vapor. Most of the tube is straight, with one curved end carrying a ridged fitting. Its Karl Storz label marks it for central channels and for use with the 8588L and 8588N laryngoscopes. Karl Storz lists both as WEERDA laryngoscopes with a proximal enlargement. The same label gives a diameter of 4 mm.
