Four Stryker knee replacement instruments make up this lot, all catalogued by Howmedica Osteonics. Part 6541-1-605 is the Triathlon femoral stylus assembly and 6541-1-603 the standard femoral sizer. The size 2 MIS 4:1 cutting block from the Triathlon MIS set is 6541-5-702. The fourth piece, engraved 7650-1072, is a 2 mm / 8 mm tibial stylus.
