This laparoscopic knot pusher is the Clarke-Reich Macro, order code M4501P, with a 5 mm outer diameter and a 29 cm working length. The gold-tone handle is marked Marlow, and M4501P is engraved on the shaft. CooperSurgical lists the Macro model for 5-0 and larger suture.
