Retractor frames hold an incision open by carrying blades against the tissue edges. MF-0111 is the transverse frame in Medfix's Vision TL cervical system. Two arms cross a toothed rack and meet it at a hinged head with a thumb lever. Blades load from the side and are not included, from 23 x 30 mm to 23 x 75 mm in the matching set.
