Cutting upward at 40 degrees, Medicon 57.11.41 is a 4 mm micro Kerrison rongeur that measures 18 cm. Medicon's UDI record lists it as a spinal rongeur, with sharp jaws that bite through bone or disc tissue. The black handles carry a gold-tone spring and are marked Medicon, 57.11.41, 4 mm and "for delicate use only."
