This T25 set screw obturator, part 8350322, comes from Medtronic Sofamor Danek's CD Horizon Solera spinal instrument set. The shaft is marked T25 SETSCREW OBTURATOR and has a knurled collar just behind the tip. Medtronic's Solera technique guides use it with the Self-retaining Breakoff Driver to remove set screws. It also clears sheared-off set screw portions that collect inside that driver.
