About this product
Held against the cornea during vitrectomy, this contact lens brings the retina into view at 1.47x image magnification. Ocular Instruments lists the infusion-handled Machemer magnifier as OMVI, with a 10 mm contact diameter and a 30 degree static field. A curved arm carries the lens off the knurled handle, which ends in an open infusion port.
