This Olympus ETO venting cap for fiberscopes is model MB-156. Olympus UDI records list it under catalog numbers GX0229 and N6175401. The gray cap hangs on a white plastic chain and a split ring with a printed tag reading ETO CAP(MB-156). The tag warns that attaching or removing the cap incorrectly may break the endoscope or video converter.
