This ENT endoscopy lot holds two Acclarent LGC2 fiber optic light guide cables. Acclarent lists the cable as the Relieva Luma Light Guide Cable 2, catalog number SISLGC208. The same listing classes it as a paranasal sinus-illumination light guide cable. Both cables have purple jackets and knurled metal connectors. On one cable, the opposite end is a straight metal probe connector.
