These two Pilling Weck Horizon medium clip appliers, catalog 237081, place ligating clips on blood vessels during open surgery. Each applier is 8 inches long with curved jaws. Each applier is marked HORIZON on the joint behind the jaws, and a spring runs between the shafts. One ring handle on each applier is gray-blue.
