Ratcheted ring handles and a 5 mm shaft, 34 cm long, make up this reusable laparoscopic handpiece. Microline Surgical's ReNew 3914 takes single-use scissor, grasper and dissector tips. The turning knob sits where the shaft meets the handle. A monopolar cautery post and removable cap sit at the top of the handle.
