Pilling makes these Jako-Kleinsasser micro-laryngeal scissors, catalog 50-6477, for ENT micro-surgery. Miniature scissor jaws sit angled up at the end of a slender 2 mm diameter stem. Working length is 22 cm, with a 5-degree bend in the stem at the ring handle. The stainless steel has a dull finish. One handle is stamped PILLING and the other 50-6477.
