Two counter torque pieces are offered together, catalogued by Precision Spine as 63-9026 and 63-9001. Both belong to the SureLOK MIS 3L range, a percutaneous pedicle screw and rod system. The sleeve is a slotted tube, and the handle is offset with a blue grip. DOWN and an arrow are engraved on the sleeve shaft, pointing to its pronged tip.
