Angled down 40 degrees with a 2 mm bite, RB4892 is an 8-inch Integra Ruggles-Redmond Kerrison rongeur. Its UDI record classes it as a spinal rongeur, with sharp jaws that cut bone or tough tissue by biting. The record also lists a micro thin footplate and the Stealth version. The handle is marked RUGGLES RB4892 and 2 mm.
