This case holds the size 7 and 8 finishing instruments for Smith & Nephew's GENESIS II Total Knee System. Two labeled modules divide it: the femoral finishing tray 7144-0808 and the tibial module 7144-0782. Left and right femoral trials in both sizes are present, but the labeled chamfer block and A/P cutting block slots are empty. The tibial side carries drill guides, insert trial spacers and a cemented tibial punch.
