About this product
A toothed crossbar and two side arms make up this cardiovascular atrial self-retaining retractor, stamped Snowden-Pencer and USA. One arm slides along the bar under a ratchet lever, and each arm carries three blade mounts with serrated locking discs. It comes with an articulated clamp, a threaded handle rod and three knurled hand instruments.
