Engraved STORZ-USA E572 on the smooth end of its handle, this Fenzl lens insertion hook is a hand-held instrument for eye surgery. Its 10 mm shaft is angled 45 degrees and ends in a 0.2 mm tip. The round knurled handle has a dull finish, and the overall length is 117 mm. Bausch + Lomb catalogs the hook as E0572.
