These Stryker Howmedica Osteonics instruments prepare the femur to take an implant stem. The case is engraved Command Express Instrument System, catalogue number 1150-1000. Reamer rows in the upper tray are marked 8-10 mm, 11-13 mm and 17-19 mm. Toothed broaches, a box chisel and the neck resection guide sit in the lower tray.
