Squeezing the handles of this 9-3/8 in V. Mueller Wittner uterine biopsy forceps closes a hinged jaw that punches out a tissue sample. The jaw sits at the end of a straight shaft and holds the sample for removal. The handles carry a finger ring and a spring between them. V. Mueller is marked on the handle opposite the finger ring.
