Paired here are an ACMI E123-S cystourethroscope sheath and the E123-O standard obturator, both 23 Fr (7.7 mm). The sheath is the tube through which an endoscope and endoscopic elements are introduced. Each part belongs to the Gyrus ACMI USA Elite system and is color coded yellow. The sheath hub is marked 23 and ACMI and has two side ports fitted with stopcocks.
