Gyrus ACMI's Elite 2 System includes this rotating continuous flow resectoscope inner sheath, at 27.6 Fr (9.2 mm). Its hub is engraved E2RIS-CF27 and stamped with the E2 mark. Two flat lugs project from the hub, and an oval port opens through the tube just behind them.
