This urology instrument is an Olympus A2637 articulating Timberlake obturator. Its straight shaft ends in a tapered distal tip. At the proximal end, the hub carries two side pins and a red dot. The collar between the hub and the black knob is engraved OLYMPUS GERMANY A2637.
