How do atraumatic, fenestrated and claw jaws differ on a laparoscopic grasper?

On a laparoscopic grasper, atraumatic jaws usually have fine serrations or dull ends, fenestrated jaws have an open window and claw jaws have teeth. A Karl Storz catalog lists atraumatic grasping options apart from toothed grasping options. The graspers it labels atraumatic include jaws with fine serrations and hollow jaws. Some are also fenestrated, so a single title can read atraumatic fenestrated grasper. In the toothed group, the claw option is listed with 2 x 3 teeth. That group also lists a jaw with multiple teeth for atraumatic grasping. The catalog also gives operating room nicknames, such as Tiger jaws for its 2 x 4 toothed insert. A listing may use the nickname or the maker's wording for the same jaw. Compare the jaw terms and the maker's reference number with the grasper you use now. What is the difference between a 5 mm and a 10 mm laparoscopic grasper?
