Killian septum speculum 400-132 from Jarit has 76.5 mm deep blades and measures 15 cm (5-7/8 in) overall. Its UDI record lists it under the Integra Jarit brand as a reusable nasal speculum. A knurled screw sits at the pivot, and two crossed flat springs run between the handles. One handle is engraved JARIT 400-132 and the other Germany Stainless.
